helpful staffs artsy neighborhood close train housekeeping service coffee cups crowded breakfast
i found the staffs very friendly. abishek, ishak, rakesh, and rohan helped a lot. the hotel is in a very artsy neighborhood, it is close to train stations.
the housekeeping service was below standard. the cleaning staffs did not bother replacing the coffee cups. the breakfast area gets very crowded during peak times and its challenge to find seating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rohan provided excellent service during check-in. The hotel maintains super clean cleanliness, a testament to its commitment to guest satisfaction.

charmed by my stay
clean hotel comfortable breakfast tube station friendly staff
i stayed for three nights, and the hotel seemed clean and modern. breakfast had plenty of choice with comfortable surroundings. the hotel is right near aldgate east tube station. Shree, Higham, Karthik and Rohan at reception, were all very cute and friendly.

the breakfast buffet had many options, including waffles and pastries. coffee and tea were readily available each morning for all hotel guests. i noticed that fresh fruit and yogurt were also available.

the room included a television and a small refrigerator. bedding was clean and smelled fresh every day, a nice touch. i found ample storage space in the closet and drawers which were perfect for my clothes.

the hotel IS located very close to the aldgate east underground station. brick lane is nearby, which gives easy access to dining. many tourist sites are around a quarter-hour away via the underground.

adequate but underwhelming
powdered eggs crowded breakfast
the breakfast was not a highlight of my stay. the scrambled eggs tasted like they came from a powder, such a disappointment. also, finding a seat during peak hours seemed like a competitive sport, which wasn't the relaxing start i wanted.

The hotel hosted a good "spin the wheel" event to celebrate its second anniversary. This created a fun, interactive experience and staff. The provided air conditioning worked wonders . The breakfast selection included both continental and cooked options, offering a great value due to its inclusion in the room price.
